Environmentally Constrained Optimal Dispatch Method for Combined Cooling, Heating, and Power Systems Using Two-Stage Optimization

The reliance on coal-fired power generation has gradually reduced with the growing interest in environment and safety, environmental effects of are now being considered. However, it can be difficult to provide stable end-users while minimizing pollution by replacing systems combined cooling, heat, (CCHP) that use natural gas, because CCHP have various output vulnerabilities. Therefore, purchasing from external electric grids is essential areas where built; hence, optimal controls should also consider energy purchased grids. This study proposes a two-stage algorithm optimally control systems. In Stage One, mix using Lagrange multiplier method for state-wide which purchase deficient electricity was calculated. Two, volumes these were used as inputs proposed optimization optimize suitable metropolitan areas. We case studies identify accurate efficiency, costs, minimal emissions. chose Atlanta area analyze system’s impact cost variation, emission savings. Then, we calculated an region each simulation period. results confirm deploying optimized system reduce grid reducing total analyzed emissions
